Life is Crazy!!!

Just a quick note to get some stress off my shoulders. Why does it all have to pile up all at once. Can stress not come in small packages?? School is getting really busy and so is work. Lots of tests and final projects and papers and on top of that I am putting in WAY too many hours at work. And the list never ends, but I'm not one to spill all the beans so that is all I'm gonna say. LIFE IS CRAZY!!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

This Halloween was pretty awesome!! Two weeks before Halloween I went to Salt Lake for a Mary Kay party, and while I was there my siblings and I decided to go to a haunted house. We decided that we would check out The Haunted Forest. It was a bit pricy like all haunted houses in Salt Lake, but what can you do. It wasn't too bad other than the fact that I am deathly afraid of chainsaws and there were two while we were waiting in line and FIVE in the haunted house. All I have to do is here the stupid things and I freak out, so I was pretty much freaked out through the whole thing. At one point I was so freaked that I apparently tripped over a tree stump and on top of my sister and don't remember one bit of it. But it was nice to see my siblings (well my sister, my brother lives with me so I see him everyday).
Then a week before Halloween I went to the Haunted Hospital in Cedar City with my brother and a friend and her brother. I would say it is one of the better haunted houses I have been to and definitely cheaper. What made it nice was that it was actually people jumping out and scaring you instead of some mechanical thing. And of course we had to have some scary movies after and some carmeled apples. Lets just say the carmeled apples were something we need to practice making---we didn't do so hot.
And then the wonderful day it self--HALLOWEEN!!! It is one of my top three holidays and it was a good one. I decided to dress up as Pippi Longstocking--I had to go to school dressed since I had to go to work right after class and a costume contest was to be held. Not a ton of people were dressed up at school, but it was nice to know that I was not the only one. At work we had lunch and a little Halloween party. We had a costume contest where we had Richard Simmons, an Ultimate
Fighter, Marilyn Monroe, and some scary looking creatures that Halloween are all about. After lunch we broke out Guitar Hero World Tour. It was so much fun. I have played Guitar Hero, but not Rock Band so it was fun to test out my drum and vocal skills. We also had Halloween Bingo and I got a spooky house to put tea light candles in...it was awesome. But this is only the day!! This year I went Trick-or-treating--I hadn't been for a few years so it was definitely fun and I got lots of candy. It is definitely a Halloween to remember. Hope everyone else had a great Halloween!! :)
